I made a basic chicken-and-ham pie filling yesterday for the mates who
are coming round this evening; I'm planning to serve it with baked
potatoes. Ham, chicken, onions, flour, lots of wine, garlic salt...
I'd probably use lots of good cooking wine (I favour a roughish
Burgundy) combined with a floury/onion base.

"white sauce" could be appropriate moiswture.
