Speaking of cakes, this is the last cake I made, from Nigella's site.=20
It's fabulous and dead easy, so long as you know how to fold (something
I couldn't do until recently). Not appropriate for dragging into work
in bulk as it's pretty fragile outside of the tin, but absolutely
incredible.
It says the orange and cointreau are optional, but I think they make the
cake:
